#1 helping #2 with her Chinese homework.


How good is that, that #1 is proficient enough to coach someone else in the language that she has resisted learning for the past 2 years?

Mind you, every now and then, she still tries the old trick: "When can I stop learning Chinese?"

She knows the answer. Hubby and I decided long ago that learning Chinese is a non-negotiable for the girls. But she'll try anyway.
 
#1 helping #2 put on her trainers so they could quickly leave the house for Good News Gang, the Christian kids' program for 5-12 yos run by the Suburban Baptist Church.

#1 used to go to GNG when she was at her old school. Today is her first time there as a student of her current school.

It's also #2's first time going, because she finally meets the school-age requirement.

Can't wait to hear all about it.
